1. Operator

My Slop at myslop.shop is operated by IT Consulting Igor Maculewicz, NIP 8522661124. Contact: kontakt@myslop.shop.

2. What My Slop is

My Slop is a public catalog of apps built with AI tools. Users add listings for their apps, and visitors can browse, search and like them. We do not host the apps themselves, only their descriptions and links.

3. Accounts

  • You can sign up with email or GitHub. Accounts are free.
  • A verified email address is required to publish and promote apps.
  • You can delete your account at any time in settings. Your listings are deleted with it.

4. Submitting apps

  • Only submit apps you have the rights to, or that you are allowed to share.
  • Descriptions, images and videos must not infringe the rights of others or the law.
  • Prohibited: malware, phishing, collecting data without consent, adult content, scams and spam.
  • By publishing a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site and in materials promoting the catalog.
  • The author is responsible for how the app works. My Slop does not review the code or security of linked apps.

5. Moderation and reports

Anyone can report a listing with the “Report” button on the app page. A listing with several reports is hidden until it is reviewed. We may hide or delete a listing, or ban an account, that breaks these terms. The author is notified of the decision by email and can appeal by writing to kontakt@myslop.shop.

6. Promotions (paid placements)

  • A promoted app is shown in the chosen placement: on the home page, at the top of a tag page, or above search results. It is always labeled “Sponsored”.
  • Prices are listed on /promote in US dollars and are final prices.
  • Each author’s first promotion is reviewed by a moderator. Rejected promotions are refunded in full.
  • A promotion starts after payment and approval or, if all slots are taken, on the next available date shown before payment.
  • If a listing is removed for breaking these terms during a promotion, the promotion ends without a refund.
  • Promotions do not affect likes, organic views or rankings.

7. Complaints

Send complaints about the site or payments to kontakt@myslop.shop. We reply within 14 days. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution.

8. Changes to these terms

Material changes are announced 14 days in advance on the site and by email. Paid promotions are fulfilled under the terms in effect when they were purchased.
