Grounded in JPL DE441/DE440 state vectors, IAU 2000A/2006 precession-nutation models, ERFA/SOFA-aligned astrometry, and Gaia DR3-linked stellar catalogs, Moira pairs a zero-dependency Python orchestration and policy layer with a required C++17 numerical extension (_moira_native, compiled via pybind11).
